“Were we made for this?” parodies “We were we made for this.” and the unconscionable
  excesses in spending
during the Vancouver 2010 4-week Olympic event.

I wasn't attacking the Bay, more the marketing words used on their advertising that
provided the grist for my parody on the entire event.
